Meet Our Founder
Lisa Tarr, owner of First Steps Pediatric Therapy, has been serving Centennial, CO since 2006 as an expert pediatric physical therapist. In 2011, her practice became licensed as a home care agency to ensure children and their families could receive access to high-quality care.
In 2023, Lisa opened and founded First Steps Clinic, a brick-and-mortar location to create a community where therapists, providers, families, and children could connect and grow.
